Taste and love of the Algarve. That is how Noélia Jerónimo describes her recipes.
An enthusiast of seasonality, of the use of endogenous products and simple cuisine to bring out the essence of products, she is held to be one of the "ambassadors" of the Algarve. With her vegetables and oysters, tuna and fresh fish, chef Noélia Jerónimo is known for her support of producers who are a direct or indirect part of her cooking chain.
At FéminAs she will be extolling the virtues of this region of Portugal, producing its typical recipes that go beyond gastronomic quality as homage to producers and an inexhaustible source of childhood memories in the form of aromas and flavours for her own people.
