No more words. No more comments. Ingredient cookery in its purest state by a self-taught chef, Rosa Macías.

Rosa's story could be the story of many anonymous chefs, whose work, tenacity, affection and years of experience have mapped out ingredient cookery. Many have done so from their own homes. In Rosa's case, we are lucky that she puts her virtue on public display at the restaurant she manages with her husband, Bar FM. 

Her talk will feature fry-ups, grilled fare and emblematic recipes, and we will also hear about the culinary adventure of Rosa Macías and Paco Martín, tasked with produce and customers from the kitchen and the bar respectively.
